The Stilbaai Community Forum promotes the interests of the rates- and services payers

and residents of Stilbaai, with special attention to the delivery of municipal services.

BACKGROUND

​

The Stilbaai Community Forum (SCF) has the interests of all the residents of Stilbaai and its immediate surroundings at heart, and not only those of the ratepayers. The residents, amongst others, include farmers.

​

Because of the altered situation at the local government level in 2000, the Hessequa Municipality and the Garden Route District Municipality have become the service providers to residents of Stilbaai. New avenues have had to be created whereby the interests of the Stilbaai inhabitants can be served.

​

Home and property owners have large investments in Stilbaai and many people have chosen to continue their careers here. Therefore, as the residents of Stilbaai have a vested interest in the future of this town, it is necessary that as many members as possible are canvassed to establish a representative forum.​
