Fundraising Projects
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Stilbaai community! We occasionally have projects that require community funding, and while we appreciate any donations, please note that we are not a registered Article 18A company, meaning that donations are not tax-deductible. Your support will help us make a positive impact in our community!
The following is our policy on fundraising:

Fundraising campaigns are launched for specific goals or projects.

Fundraising will be done honestly and without misrepresentation.

Funds for specific projects will be managed separately so that reporting can be done on a project-by-project basis.

10% of funds received for a project may be used for administrative expenses related to the project.

All fundraising projects will be approved and prioritised by the SCF Management Team.

All surplus funds are held in custody by SCF Management for a subsequent project and will under no circumstances be used for the administration of the SCF or any other purpose, unless otherwise specified by the donor.

SCF Management will provide members with full reporting in the annual report of all fundraisers that have taken place during the year

You will receive an acknowledgment for your donation.

Donations must be paid by EFT using the banking information you will receive with your invoice.

The following project currently needs funding:
Lapskuit Pathway
The pathway along the river in the Lapskuit area is in serious need of repair. If this is not attended to the gravel that is currently in place will be washed away causing damage to the path.
The municipality does not currently have the funds to repair it, so we have obtained a quote for paving a 77m section at a cost of R33,600.
