PURPOSE​

The Stilbaai Community Forum promotes the interests of the rate and service payers of Stilbaai and adjacent areas. The SCF pays special attention to municipal services provided as regards electricity, water supply, sewerage, refuse removal, parks and recreation, health, emergency services, meaningful town planning and development, maintenance of roads, storm water drainage, general administration and financial control and the levying and utilisation of property taxes and service fees.

Message from the Chairperson:

There are new challenges for tax payers within the new system for local government, and participation is the key. The Stilbaai Community Forum guards over the interests of all residents of Stilbaai and the immediate environment and maintains contact with the Hessequa Council and other organisations. We invite interested persons to join and to become part of the future.
